Candidate Qualifications:
Specialization: Expertise in trauma or another marketable niche.
Drive: Self-starters with a commitment to learning and personal development.
Collaboration: Ability to work together with the practice owner, administrative, and marketing team.
Communication: Consistent, timely communication with clients and team members.
Sales and Marketing Skills: Willingness to learn and apply strategies to grow your caseload.
📍 Location: Hybrid or In-Person
⏱️ Position Type: Full-time (25+ hours/week with 20+ client sessions) or Part-time (15+ hours per week with 12+ client sessions)
👥 Client Population: Adults, Young Adults, Couples, Adolescents, LGBTQIA+ Folx
💡 Focus Areas: EMDR or IFS, Trauma Specific Care, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Addictions, Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT), and more
🌈 Experience: Dedication to providing care for diverse populations of clientele (LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, Kink/Poly/ENM/Sex Therapy, Neurodiverse, Professionals and Executives)
Licensure Requirements:
🛠️ Maryland License: Required (DC and/or VA licensure is a plus)
⭐ Preferred: Independently licensed therapists (LCSW-C/LICSW, LCPC/LPC, LCMFT, PsyD/PhD) with specializations (e.g., EMDR, Gottman, CBT, IFS)
🎓 Eligibility: LGPC, LMSW, or LGMFT candidates considered based on specialty interest/experience
