Trauma Resolution with EMDR
Trauma therapy doesn’t have to be scary. When talking isn’t enough or too much, EMDR is your solution. Hope and lasting change is possible in as few as 3-6 sessions. Together, we will help you learn EMDR skills you can use ... even after therapy ends. Your life can change, we can help.

What is EMDR Therapy?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a scientifically validated psychotherapy approach that helps people heal from trauma and distressing life experiences.
EMDR therapy was developed by psychologist Dr. Francine Shapiro in the late 1980s and has since become one of the most extensively researched and effective treatments for trauma and PTSD.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements) to help your brain process and integrate traumatic memories that have become “stuck.” This allows your natural healing processes to resume, reducing the emotional impact of disturbing memories.
EMDR therapy is recognized by leading organizations including the American Psychological Association, the World Health Organization, and the Department of Veterans Affairs as an effective treatment for trauma.
