General Overview:
Darby Integrative Counseling, LLC has multiple openings for Contract Therapists to join our thriving practice. Psychotherapy services are offered to adults, couples, children, and families using EBP’s to facilitate the healing client’s need.
Contracted clinicians make up to $100-$150 per clinical hour*
The practice is in-network with most BCBS plans and is out-of-network for all other insurance plans. Contract Therapists are currently providing services via telehealth only and have the option to be in or out-of-network with BCBS. We are 100% out-of-network with all other insurance plans.
*Hourly Fees are Dependent Upon Level of Licensure and/or Certifications
Contract Therapists Engage In:
- Psychotherapy within their own area(s) of expertise: adults, couples, children, and/or families.
- Completion of short progress notes, minimalist treatment plans, and reports as is clinically necessary
- Collection and retainment of client payments so there is immediate cash flow from the start of your contract with the practice
Contract Therapist Attributes:
- Independently licensed (LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT or PsyD/PhD) candidates preferred
- LGPC’s and LGMFT’s will be considered dependent upon clinical acumen
- LMSW’s are not eligible based upon contract position and new COMAR regulations beginning 1/2020
- Licensure in Maryland is required
- Dual licensure in DC or VA preferred
- Clinicians who are well organized, empathic, open-minded and curious
- Experience treating some(or all of the following): Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Additions and Trauma (PTSD, C-PTSD, Attachment)
- Preference for clinicians with advanced training in trauma, addictions, and working with the LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and Kink/Poly communities
- Preference for therapists with interest in 15+ clients a week with flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends
