I began my professional counseling career because I have a passion for helping others identify and become the best version of themselves. I have expertise treating individuals from military families, trauma, addiction, and substance use disorders. I see my role as a therapist as a chance to guide clients on their journey to find their most authentic self.
I was an Army wife for 11 years and I have a deep understanding of military culture. I am passionate about working with military personnel, veterans and their families. I previously worked as an addictions therapist, treating addictions and co-occurring mental health disorders at Kolmac Outpatient Recovery for three and a half years. I work with the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities and actively engages in anti-racism and allyship work with my clients.
